**You’ll make a difference by**:

- Single Entry point for Procurement Process
- Bundling of local demand
- Local Stakeholder Management & CRM
- Safeguarding Procurement Compliance
- Routing of demand to existing Contracts
- Purchasing for local demand & Projects
- Negotiation & Conclusion of Frame Contracts
- Collaboration with Global CM
- Implementation of Commodity Strategies
- Utilization of CM Terms & Conditions
- Local Implementation of CM specific processes/ projects
- Optimization of local S2C processes (e.g. One SRM / My Mall)
- Verification of formal checkpoints according to correct buying guideline
- Correct ESN
- Number of offers
- R4B adherence
- If necessary: Spodom-ID
- Verification of correctness of commercial conditions:

- Payment/Incoterms
- Supplier texts and attached documents.
- Terms & Conditions
- Delivery date
- Initiation of vendor creation
- Creation of PO and transfer to vendor
- Upload order confirmation in System
- Support invoice clarification
- OneSRM key User role

**Your success is grounded in**:

- 3-5yrs of Buying Experience.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
- A working knowledge of SAP.
- Must be fast learner and should be able to think analytically.
- Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills.
