**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver Kannada lessons to students across various grade levels.
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans that adhere to the school's curriculum standards.
- Teach Kannada grammar, literature, reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
- Encourage active participation in class discussions, activities, and cultural events related to Kannada.
- Regularly assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, quizzes, and projects.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their performance.
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Maintain communication with parents regarding student progress and any concerns.
- Participate in school events, Kannada language competitions, and cultural programs.
- Stay updated on the latest teaching techniques and Kannada language trends to continually improve instruction.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Kannada, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- A teaching certification (B.Ed. or equivalent) is preferred.
- Proven experience teaching Kannada in a school setting.
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Kannada.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students in learning the Kannada language.
- Patience and a genuine passion for teaching and cultural education.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Knowledge and appreciation of Kannada literature, culture, and traditions.
- Ability to integrate technology effectively into teaching.
- Experience working with students of diverse learning abilities is a plus.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and educational tools.

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
