**Job Title**: Part-Time Chemistry Faculty - PU Level (State Board)
**Location**: Marathahalli, Bangalore

**Job Type**: Part-Time
**Working Days**: Wednesday & Saturday
**Joining**: Immediate
**Experience**: 0-2 years (Freshers with strong academic background can also apply)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach Chemistry to 1st and 2nd PUC students as per Karnataka State Board curriculum.
- Plan and deliver high-quality and interactive classroom sessions.
- Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, and student assessments.
- Conduct regular tests and evaluations to track student progress.
- Provide academic support, clarify student doubts, and offer individual attention when required.
- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
- Ensure syllabus completion in the allocated time frame.
- Maintain records of student attendance and performance.

**Required Qualifications**:

- M.Sc. Chemistry - **mandatory**.
- Prior teaching experience in PU colleges or institutions following the state board syllabus is preferred.
- B.Ed. degree is an added advantage but not mandatory.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Strong conceptual clarity and teaching methodology.
- Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use teaching aids and technology effectively (smart boards, PPTs, etc.).
- Commitment to academic excellence and student development.
