Role Overview: As Marketing Associate you will contribute to leading and overseeing various aspects of our company's branding and marketing initiatives. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you will assist in crafting and executing strategies aimed at enhancing our brand presence, driving customer engagement, and supporting our business objectives.

Position: Marketing Associate
Experience: 6 months to 2 years
Location: Udaipur

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and contribute to implementing a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's vision and values.
- Assist in overseeing the development of marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives across various channels, including digital, social media, content, events, and traditional marketing.
- Support in managing the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including content, visuals, and multimedia materials.
- Contribute to ensuring that all marketing materials are on-brand and effectively convey key messages.
- Contribute to monitoring and optimizing the company's online presence, including the website and social media profiles.
- Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Assist in communicating marketing plans, progress, and results to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to branding and marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and willingness to learn and grow.
- Basic understanding of strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Some knowledge of branding, marketing, and advertising principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and tools is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic project management and organizational abilities.
- An interest in data analysis and the ability to utilize data to support marketing decisions.
