Our portfolio showcases innovative, functional, and aesthetically striking designs tailored to client aspirations.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Concept to Design Development**:

- Create **mood boards, space plans, and 3D visualizations** (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape).
- Develop **detailed interior layouts, elevations, and material schemes**.
- **Client Interaction & Presentations**:

- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present design proposals.
- Prepare **presentation decks** (PowerPoint, Canva) and renderings for approvals.
- **Technical Drawings & Execution Support**:

- Produce **working drawings** (AutoCAD/Revit) for civil, joinery, MEP, and false ceilings.
- Collaborate with contractors/vendors for **material sourcing and BOQ preparation**.
- **Site Coordination**:

- Oversee on-site execution, ensuring design integrity and quality control.
- Resolve design discrepancies and provide timely solutions.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)**.
- Strong knowledge of **materials, finishes, lighting, and FF&E selection**.
- Familiarity with **Hyderabad’s vendor market** and modular furniture industry.
- Excellent **communication, multitasking, and problem-solving** skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture/Interior Design**.
- **Portfolio** demonstrating residential/commercial projects.
- Prior experience in **Hyderabad’s design & construction industry** (advantage).
