**Job Overview**:
The Interior Site Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the installation and setup of various furnishing products such as curtains, blinds, wallcoverings, curtain hardware, and various types of flooring. This position requires collaboration with architects, interior designers, and clients across residential, commercial, hospitality, and healthcare sectors to ensure project specifications are met with high standards of quality and aesthetics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**: Oversee the execution of furnishing projects from start to finish. Ensure that all aspects of the project, including design, installation, and finishing, meet the quality standards and timelines.
- **Team Coordination**: Manage and direct a team of technicians, workers, and other staff members on-site. Ensure efficient delegation of tasks and resolve any issues that may arise during the project execution.
- **Client Interaction**: Act as a point of contact for clients and designers on site. Communicate effectively to understand their vision and ensure their requirements are met satisfactorily.
- **Quality Control**: Regularly inspect the installation process to ensure the highest quality of workmanship. Ensure that the materials used are of the best quality and in line with the project specifications.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor project expenditures and ensure that the project stays within budget. Report any deviations to the management.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on site. Conduct regular safety drills and trainings for the team.
- **Additional Help**:Assistance may be required at certain sites which may involve helping the labourers achieve a certain outcome. Must be willing to put physical effort where required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the interior design or furnishings industry.
- Strong understanding of various furnishing materials and installation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and design drawings.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the construction industry.
