**Job Title**: Customer Success Associate
**Work Mode**: Work From Office
**Location**: Gurgaon

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries via calls
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of customer concerns.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate (Must)
- **Experience**: Minimum **6 months of international customer service experience** required.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- **Working Days**: 5 days working (Rotational week-offs).
- **Shifts**: Rotational shifts (Both-way cab facility provided).
- **Salary**: ₹26,000 - ₹29,000 CTC per month.
- **Interview Rounds**:

- HR Round
- Operations Round
- Client Round

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
