Essential

**Responsibilities**:
Primary Responsibilities:

- Obtain treatment plans specific to each patient and review
- Accurately calculate the amount of blood needed for processing and communicate with the clinical staff
- Print and label all material and final products appropriately
- Perform phlebotomy
- Process Regenexx products according to procedure documents
- Responsible for making accurate decisions of biological products as necessary to not inhibit standards of final product
- Maintain aseptic and sterile techniques during processing
- Communicate as necessary with physician and clinical staff
- Perform daily and monthly laboratory cleaning
- Responsible for maintaining laboratory inventory
- Cell counting
- Run hemoglobin controls weekly
- Assist front desk with check out and scanning as necessary
- Assist with setting up sterile trays and procedure room, assist with procedures, and rooming patients (vital signs).
- Other duties as assigned and deemed necessary by doctor and manager to meet clinic needs.

Documentation:

- Maintain laboratory procedure manuals with current document revisions
- Maintain laboratory notebook (cleaning, temperature, equipment logs)
- Thoroughly complete cell processing documents
- Update new patient spreadsheet daily
- Update Infusionsoft daily

**Skills**:

- Aseptic and sterile techniques
- Utilize biosafety cabinet, centrifuge, micropipettes, pipette controller, and cell counter
- Basic computer skills
- Time management and prioritization

Abilities:

- Ability to communicate regularly with physician, manager, and clinical staff
- Access clinic schedule and plan production accordingly
- Be cordial and professional when dealing with patients and staff
- Maintain professionalism in attendance, appearance, and performance

Identify needs of the laboratory and complete them without prompting
