**Work closely with the Subject Experts and other colleagues to design and implement outcome-based curriculum, unit plans and assessments for Grades 6-10.**
- **Analyse student learning outcome data to provide timely and effective feedback that enhances student’s learning.**
- **Plan and deliver online lessons, for Classes 6-10 effectively, ensuring attention is given to appropriate differentiation catering the needs of the whole ability range within the class**
- **Provide feedback to students and parents on a students’ progress at Parent-Teacher Conferences and other meetings.**
- **Review material taught in class with individual students with learning challenges.**
- **Ensure the safety of the students within the classroom and throughout the campus.**
- **Collaborate with Subject Experts and Coordinators and Teaching Assistants to recognise issues students are facing and recommend creative solutions.**
- **Work with students in small groups and guide their work with questions and check for understanding.**
- **Escort and supervise students in the school.**
- **Documenting and reporting on students' progress.**
- **Help students adjust, learn and socialize and report to teachers about possible behavioral issues.**
- **Carrying out other administrative tasks.**
