**Role**:Telemarketing Executive

As a Telemarketing Executive at Basic Elements Solutions Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional support to our customers regarding their fire protection needs. The telemarketing executive is the one who is responsible for building trust of the client by clearly understanding and recording their problems. You are responsible for facilitating the communication between the Vertical Sales Representative and Potential clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Attend all incoming calls from clients inquiring about the services
- Initiate outbound calls to leads or prospects to introduce the company’s products or services
- Sourcing the accurate contact details from the online resources like LinkedIn and Google search of the key decision makers from sectors like Food and Beverages, Pharma Industries, Factories, Hospitals and Shopping malls
- Spending 5 hours per day on calling up the decision makers of the target customers to get meetings for the Sales managers
- Schedule appointments for Sales representatives with the qualified leads
- Conduct timely Follow up with the prospects to nurture relationship and move them through Sales Pipeline
- Maintain accurate and up to date of the relevant information in the CRM
- Having experience with handling of Just Dial and Indiamart
