We are a leading construction company in Punawale, committed to delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a **creative and skilled Graphic Designer** to join our marketing team and help elevate our brand presence through engaging visuals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design **marketing materials** including brochures, flyers, banners, hoardings, social media posts, and website graphics.
- Develop **branding elements** such as logos, color schemes, and visual themes for projects.
- Create **, walkthroughs, and site presentations** to enhance project visualization.
- Work on **advertising campaigns**, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads creatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to design promotional content.
- Edit and enhance **photographs and videos** for marketing purposes.
- Ensure brand consistency across all designs and platforms.
- Keep up with the latest design trends and industry standards.

**Required Skills**:

- **Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience in **real estate/construction branding and marketing designs** is a plus.
- Knowledge of **video editing and animation** is preferred.
- Ability to **work independently and meet deadlines** in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree/Diploma** in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **2-3 years of experience** in graphic design, preferably in the **real estate or construction industry**.
