Plant Supervisior

Key Responsibilities:

- **Production Management**:Oversee the entire foam board production process, from material handling to finished product, ensuring efficiency and adherence to schedules.
- **Quality Control**:Inspect foam board for defects and ensure it meets quality standards, adhering to company and industry regulations.
- **Team Supervision**:Manage, train, and motivate the team involved in foam board production, providing guidance and support.
- **Material Handling**:Oversee the inventory and procurement of raw materials needed for foam board production.
- **Process Optimization**:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- **Safety**:Ensure a safe working environment for the team, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- **Communication**:Communicate effectively with other departments, including production, quality control, and engineering, to ensure smooth operations.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate records of production output, quality control results, and material usage.

Qualifications:

- **Education**:A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required, with a technical background or relevant certifications being an advantage.
- **Experience**:Fresher or 1-2 years experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a plywood or similar industry, is essential.
- **Skills**:Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to manage a team and work with production equipment.
- **Knowledge**:Familiarity with foam board production processes, quality control procedures, and safety regulations is necessary.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
