**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
- Set up dining areas, buffets, and service stations as per hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in service areas and adhere to FSSAI and hotel standards.
- Ensure all tables are properly cleaned and reset between guests.
- Handle billing procedures and process payments accurately.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Assist with room service, banquets, and special events as needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 12th Pass or Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
- Positive attitude, good grooming, and a strong sense of guest service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
