Expertise in Sitefinity CMS with strong competencies in OOPs as a certified Sitefinity.
Sitefinity DEC framework
, Experience in ASP.NET MVC, Angular.JS and related framework is essential.
Experience in building micro services in.NET core.
**Skills Required**: Sitefinity CMS,.Net Core, MVC, ASP.Net, and SQL Server
Knowledge base maintenance and optimization
Provide SoPs to L1.5 Team, Monitoring Support queues
Preliminary Incident/Request Investigation
Ticket categorization based on tickets trend
Collect preliminary information and Log Ticket
Coordination with Product Support Vendor
User Access Management, User Queries
Restore Deleted List/Libraries/List Items/Documents.
Furnish training documentation
Log and follow up on 3rd party / change related issues
