**Description**
- Communicate to production on engraving data status
- Monitor color proofs to the customer
- Review the folder structure and file archive once in a week
- Supervise and motivate the operator
- Manage the human and material resources to meet the target
- Prepare the monthly operator performance report and share with HOD for review
- Monitor the attitude of the operators in terms of focus and leave monitoring.
- Update and transfer the technologies changes to operator
- Understand the job scheduling
- Prepare day wise scheduling for all pending jobs.
- Follow up with operator for job status
- Communicate to marketing for any feedback on job.
- Able to clarify the technical trouble to operator.
- Monitor the job status day wise.
- Update the job schedule and share with all in the system
- Conduct review with marketing to update the complete pending orders
- Monitor the operator performance on the form of Matrix System.
- Monitor RFT of the operator
- Thorough on communication in all levels in terms of the communication.

Follow all safety parameters on prepress and production.

**Qualifications**

Diploma in Printing Technology with minimum 8 years of experience.
