Additional responsibilities includes development of scholarship and research, participation in assigned college or university committees, provide service as a faculty advisor to pharmacy students and oversight of assigned co-curricular student activities. Chair of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Sciences Full-time, Exempt - Provide didactic instruction within assigned courses in accordance with course syllabus - Participate in the assessment of student learning course outcomes, program learning outcomes, global learning outcomes, and co-curricular learning outcomes - Conduct educational or health-related research and/or scholarly activity that is either published or presented following peer review - Participate actively in professional pharmacy or health organizations - Serve as a role model of professional behavior to students - Develop an elective course that can be offered at least once a year - Serve as an advisor to students and student groups - Participate in the interviewing of student or faculty applicants - Actively participate as a member or chair of college or university committees - Participate in faculty development programs or other college/university functions as assigned - Participate in other duties as assigned in service to the college or university This job description is not intended to be all inclusive and the employee will also perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by CHSU.

**Education** - PhD in Pharmacology/Medicinal Chemistry. Pharmaceutical sciences background and previous academic experience at a college of pharmacy is highly preferred.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
