Mining Foreman

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of mining crew including equipment operators, drillers, blasters, and laborers.
- Monitor daily production targets and ensure operations meet planned output levels.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
- Train and mentor crew members in safe work practices and efficient techniques.
- Maintain accurate production and incident reports.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
- Communicate with engineers, geologists, and management regarding site conditions and production schedules.
- Participate in the planning and execution of drilling, blasting, hauling, and material handling.
- Manage shift schedules, personnel performance, and task allocation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
