Must have good Communication Skills
Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms & Object-Oriented design concepts
Proficiency with relational database / SQL development
Understanding of XML/XSD and other schema driven data
Schema Design Experience to design and define solution, technology, standards, best practices and recommending
design patterns with respect to requirements
Participate in design reviews
Must be proficient with SOAP/REST Web services, message queues & rules engines
Experience with Jboss Enterprise SOA platform, ESB, jBPM is nice to have
Proficient with open source frameworks such as Spring, and Hibernate and with Standard JAVA development tools
including Eclipse, Jboss developer studio
