
Administration Executive

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Invoicing and Billing**:
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients.
- Update bill details in the outstanding sheet and GST sheet.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding payments.
2. **Attendance and Payroll Management**:
- Maintain accurate records of staff attendance and leaves.
- Assist in monthly payroll calculations for staff.
3. **Office Supplies and Pantry Management**:
- Monitor pantry supplies and place orders as needed.
- Handle general office supply requirements to ensure smooth daily operations.
4. **Petty Cash Management**:
- Oversee petty cash expenses, including tracking, recording, and reconciling expenditures.
5. **General Office Administration**:
- Ensure the office environment is well-organized and adequately stocked.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities as needed.
- Assist in filing, organizing, and maintaining office records.
6. **Team Support**:
- Provide administrative support to team members as required for routine tasks.
7. **Client Meeting Coordination**:
- Schedule and organize meetings with clients, coordinating calendars and preparing meeting agendas.
8. **Database Management and Documentation**:
Maintain updated records and documentation, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Graduate
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate or service-based environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of English language (verbal as well as written)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
