**Production Supervisor**
**Job Requirement**:
Technical knowledge of materials such as Metal (all types), wood, lights, and other materials used in outdoor decor.
Understanding of mechanized production techniques including CNC, Metal and laser cutting.
Understanding of specific automation/production techniques
Experience of handling projects involving building of structures and joineries
Thorough understanding of process involved in material finishes
A strong understanding of design and aesthetics.
Access to a strong and relevant vendor base from across India
Ability to handle 50+ member teams in high pressure and time bound projects
Ability to handle clients during project execution

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Bridge between Design and execution team to ensure full compliance with set process.
Ensuring a process driven approach during execution
Ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
Maintaining tight control over budgets and costs
Previous Industry Experience:
Fabrication Industry, Civil works background, Outdoor Decorations, Art Direction.

**Office timings**: 10:00 - 7:00pm
**Office Address**: 6th Floor, Patel House, North Avenue Road, Santacruz West, Mumbai, 400054. India
**Working Days**: January to September - Monday to Friday
Sep end to dec - Monday to Saturday

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
