JD for Recruitment Executive
- Joining and induction of new joiners, making them fill Joining form / Bank form / PF

Form/ Employee Agreement, etc.
- Solving day-to-day grievances of Employees
- Planning various motivational activities for employees
- Preparing Appointment letters and explaining salary breakup, and HR Policies to

employees
- Issuing Increment letters, Promotion letters, transfer letters, warning letters and

ensuring that the general rules and regulations of the company are adhered to
- Taking care of Exit Interviews and issuing experience letters
- Regular counseling with employees, preparing a quantitative analysis of the same and

presenting to the HR Manager, Data entry of new joiners in the Software.
- Proper and regular filing, General management of employees, and enforcing strict on-floor discipline

Shift Time
- 11 AM to 8 PM ( 5.5 days working )

Salary Bar
- Up to 28K CTC

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
