**Job Title**: MIS Executive
**Location**: Jalandhar
**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000 per month
**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year
**Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
**Skills Required**: Excellent communication skills, proficiency in data management and reporting

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect, analyze, and manage data to prepare accurate MIS reports.
- Maintain and update databases to ensure data accuracy and availability.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per business requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather relevant information for reporting.
- Identify data discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and suggest corrective actions.
- Assist in process automation and improve reporting efficiency.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts) and other reporting tools.
- Ability to handle large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
