**Job Title**: Data Scientist/ Sr. Data Scientist

**Location**: Bangalore, India

**Requirements**:

- Education: MS/MTech/BTech in data science or quantitative fields (CS, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics).
- Experience: 2-4 years in AI/ML with Python, with 1-2 years specifically in Lending, FinTech, or Banking.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in Python and SQL.
- Strong programming and statistical skills.
- Working knowledge of AWS, Git, and Postman.

**Competencies**:

- Statistical analysis and modeling.
- Machine learning algorithms (XGBoost, Random Forest, Optimization Techniques).
- Data handling and processing in Pandas.

**Bonus**: Experience in Origination Models, Collection Models, and Anomaly Detection Models.
