**Responsibilities-**:

- Collaborate with engineers, architects, project managers, and other technical staff for multiple projects to ensure that project budgets are accurate and meet requirements as needed.
- To analyze the expenses of labor, material requirements, equipment cost, project specifications, and blueprints.
- Perform a comprehensive cost analysis, including labor costs, material costs, equipment rentals, and offers from subcontractors. To verify cost estimates and find areas for cost savings, using historical data.
- Assist in developing project budgets based on approved estimates and specifications from the client. Throughout the construction stage, maintaining project expenses by comparing actual costs to expected levels and finding any deviations that require corrective measures.
- Ensure that all the contract conditions and billing schedules are followed by generating correct invoices for completed tasks. Collaborate with subcontractors, procurement teams, and project managers to gather billing data and settle any discrepancies.
- Oversee the billing cycle, which includes generating and sending out invoices and collecting payments that are due. Ensure that all billing activities, payments received, and outstanding balances are recorded accurately. Collaborate closely with the accounting departments to reconcile billing records and address billing-related concerns.
- Act as a point of contact for clients with questions about billing; answer their questions about payment terms, billing procedures, and invoice specifics. Build good client relationships by communicating with them in a timely and straightforward manner.
- As required, verify measurements at the site.
- Verify that the invoices comply with the terms and circumstances specified in the work order.

**Qualifications/Skills Required-**:

- BE Civil or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience on AUTOCAD experience is must.
- Proficient in quantity surveying and billing, rate analysis, tender drafting, BOQ specification, contract terms and conditions, as well as work order in construction and building activities.
- Must be from Real-estate background.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
