**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Executive** to promote and sell home appliances, white goods, and related products. The role involves **cold calling**, **corporate gifting**, and **institutional sales**, focusing on acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts across B2B and B2C segments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients through cold calls, field visits, and networking.
- Pitch and sell products such as home appliances and white goods to both institutional and retail clients.
- Handle **corporate gifting inquiries** and customize product offerings as per client requirements.
- Conduct **product demos** and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
- Negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure post-sale customer satisfaction.
- Maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business.
- Track and report sales performance, lead generation, and conversion ratios.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in consumer durables, electronics, or institutional sales.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a customer-first attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel as required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in **corporate gifting** and B2B sales.
- Network in institutions, corporates, and facility management companies.
- Basic technical understanding of white goods/home appliances.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
