Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing:
Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for various formats (social media, websites, marketing campaigns, etc.).

Ensure video content aligns with the brand’s style guide, tone, and objectives.

Incorporate music, sound effects, graphics, and other elements into videos to enhance the storytelling.

Collaborate with the creative team to maintain a consistent brand narrative and messaging in all videos.

Content Creation & Optimization:
Edit videos for various platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and others, ensuring each video meets the specific requirements and best practices for each platform.

Resize, crop, and optimize videos for different screen sizes and formats.

Pre-Production and Post-Production Support:
Collaborate with content creators, directors, and other team members to develop creative concepts and edit storyboards.

Assist in the organization of files and assets before editing, ensuring smooth post-production processes.

Conduct color correction, sound editing, and video enhancement to ensure top-quality final output.

Creative Input:
Bring creative ideas to the table, proposing new concepts and edits that enhance engagement.

Stay up to date with current video trends, production techniques, and emerging technologies.

Project Management:
Manage and prioritize multiple video editing projects, ensuring all deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of quality.

Track progress of projects and provide regular updates to the team.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, design, and social media teams to ensure video content supports broader campaigns and initiatives.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and incorporate feedback as necessary to refine and perfect video edits.

Archiving & File Management:
Organize video footage, assets, and final project files in a systematic and efficient manner for future use.

Maintain a proper library of all video files, edits, and revisions for easy retrieval.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Video editing: 2 years (required)
