**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop high-quality study materials, notes, and guides for students pursuing International Relations.
- Assist in the design and structuring of course modules, ensuring alignment with academic standards.
- Conduct online lectures, webinars, and interactive sessions to explain complex IR concepts effectively.
- Prepare and evaluate assignments, quizzes, and exams to gauge student understanding and progress.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students, answering questions, and addressing academic concerns.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in International Relations and integrates relevant information into course content.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in teaching or tutoring International Relations at the undergraduate or graduate level.
- Strong research skills and the ability to convey complex concepts in a simplified manner.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in creating educational content for online platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with current trends and topics in global politics, diplomacy, international law, and related fields.
