**Job Title: Visual Art Facilitator**

**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging Visual Art lessons tailored to the IGCSE and AS/A level curriculum.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, self-expression, and critical thinking.
- Provide guidance and support to students in developing their artistic skills and techniques across various mediums.
- Encourage exploration and experimentation with different artistic styles and concepts.
- Assess student progress through constructive feedback, evaluations, and portfolio assessments.
- Stay informed about current trends, techniques, and developments in Visual Art education.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Teaching certification or qualification (e.g., B.Ed, PGCE).
- Proven experience teaching Visual Art at the IGCSE and AS/A level, preferably within a CAIE curriculum.
- Proficiency in various artistic mediums and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fostering creativity and artistic expression in students.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to explore their artistic potential.
