We are hiring empathetic, flexible and professional Customer Support Executives for our company - Andaaz Fashion based at Delhi. The main responsibilities will involve providing the accurate information of the product to the customers and solving their queries and complaints.
**_Roles and Responsibilities_**
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Should be flexible with Rotational shift/ Rotational off. (Day shift/Night shift)

Okhla Industrial Area, Okhla Phase-1, New Delhi
**_Note : _** Work from Office only
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Delhi - 110020, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
