**Responsibilities**:
**Digital Strategy Development**:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Identify key target audiences and segments for our video production services.

**Content Marketing**:Create and curate engaging, high-quality content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics, and more, to attract and engage our target audience.
Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content across various digital platforms.

**Social Media Management**:Develop and manage social media campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor social media trends, engage with followers, and respond to comments and inquiries promptly.

**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and increase online visibility.
Conduct keyword research, monitor website performance, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

**Paid Advertising**:Plan and execute online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies for optimal results.

**Analytics and Reporting**:Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a creative or video production environment.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
