**About the Company**

New Vinco Corporation is a leading FMCG distribution company dealing in spices, beverages, condiments, and allied food products. The company manages high-volume inventory, daily invoicing, multi-location warehouses, and a strong distribution network across Kerala.

**Role Overview**

The Articled Assistant will support the Finance, Accounts, and Operations teams. This role is ideal for CA aspirants seeking exposure in FMCG accounting, inventory management, taxation, and ERP systems including Zoho Books, Bizom, and Tally.

**Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Finance**
- Assist in bookkeeping, ledger posting, and monthly financial closing.
- Prepare and verify purchase, sales, and expense entries.
- Support bank reconciliation, vendor and customer account reconciliation.
- Assist in GST and TDS working, return preparation, and compliance documentation.
- Support management reporting including P&L, cash flow, and ageing analysis.

**2. Inventory & Warehouse Support**
- Track stock movement across warehouses (Piravom, Palakkad, etc.).
- Support physical stock audits using **Zoho** and **Bizom**.
- Verify GRNs, delivery challans, and stock transfer documents.
- Assist in costing, stock variance analysis, and SKU-wise inventory reports.

**3. Sales & Operations Support**
- Coordinate daily sales invoice verification (B2B & B2C).
- Maintain proper documentation for distributor orders, returns, and credit notes.
- Assist in monitoring route-wise sales and collection reports.
- Work with operations team to streamline inventory and billing processes.

**4. Internal Controls & MIS**
- Assist in documenting and improving internal process controls.
- Support weekly/monthly MIS dashboards for management.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all accounting records.

**Skills Required**:

- Basic understanding of accounting standards, GST, and TDS.
- Proficient in **Excel**, **Zoho Books**, **Tally**, **Bizom**, and other ERP tools.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with warehouse, sales, and operations teams.
- Good communication and a disciplined approach to daily tasks.

**Eligibility**
- CA Inter student registered for Articleship.
- Strong willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Prior FMCG/distribution exposure is an added advantage.
