**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop **concept designs, schematic drawings, and detailed architectural drawings**.
- Coordinate with **structural, MEP, and interior design teams** for integrated project delivery.
- Prepare **3D visualizations, presentations, and working drawings**.
- Ensure designs comply with **building codes, standards, and local regulations**.
- Conduct **site visits** to review execution, resolve design issues, and maintain design intent.
- Prepare and review **BOQ, GFC drawings, and construction documentation**.
- Participate in **client meetings**, design discussions, and approvals.
- Support the **BIM and documentation team** for accurate model integration.
- Ensure design deliverables are completed **within timelines and budget**.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)** from a recognized institution.
- **2 to 4 years of relevant experience** in design and execution.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop**, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of **construction techniques, materials, and detailing**.
- Excellent **communication, visualization, and coordination skills**.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of **green building concepts** and **BIM workflows** is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
