**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Support patients' mobility and ensure their safety during transfers and movements.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the nursing staff.
- Assist with patient transportation within the hospital premises.
- Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
- Document patient observations and activities accurately.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients when required.
- Basic understanding of infection control practices.

**Salary Range**: ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
