**Role description**:
**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a Level 2 support resource for production systems during offshore hours.
- Perform functional, regression, and API testing to validate system fixes.
- Monitor system performance, logs, and metrics to proactively identify issues.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams for fast issue resolution.
- Maintain thorough documentation of incidents, root causes, and resolution steps.

**Mandatory Skills**:

- Proven experience in **L2 production support** roles.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience with **API testing** (manual or automated).
- Familiarity with **MuleSoft** and **Java Spring Boot** technologies.
- Good understanding of **system monitoring tools** and **log analysis**.
- Experience working in **offshore support** or non-standard hours.

**Good to Have Skills**:

- Knowledge of **CI/CD pipelines** and collaboration with DevOps.
- Familiarity with **ITIL practices** and incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Scripting experience (e.g., **Python**, **Shell**, or **PowerShell**).
- Basic understanding of **cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with **SQL** and database troubleshooting.
