**Key Responsibilities**:
*Deliver engaging and conceptually clear Mathematics lessons in line with the Maharashtra State Board curriculum for Std. VIII to Std. X.

*Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments in alignment with the prescribed syllabus.

*Reinforce key mathematical concepts including algebra, geometry, trigonometry, mensuration, statistics, and arithmetic.

*Conduct regular assessments, unit tests, and practice exams as per board guidelines.

*Track and report student progress and provide individual support as needed.

*Prepare students for SSC board exams with revision sessions, mock tests, and problem-solving strategies.

*Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies, including activity-based learning and the use of audio-visual aids.

*Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.

*Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events
and training sessions.

*Stay updated with changes in the syllabus and examination patterns from the Maharashtra State Board.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field (B.Sc./M.Sc. in Mathematics preferred).

B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education)

Minimum 2-3 years of experience teaching Mathematics at the high school level.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Familiarity with SSC Board exam formats and evaluation criteria.

Passion for teaching and mentoring adolescents.

Comfortable with basic digital tools (MS Office, Google Classroom, etc.) for hybrid/online teaching if required.

Fluency in English

Strong references or demonstrated success in improving academic performance.
