Job Title: Picker and PackerJob Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Order Picking**: Retrieve items from the warehouse shelves according to order specifications, using pick lists or handheld devices.
- **Packing Orders**: Pack products securely into boxes or containers, ensuring items are protected for shipment.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect items for quality and accuracy prior to packing, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
- **Inventory Assistance**: Help maintain accurate inventory levels by assisting with stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- **Labeling**: Label packages correctly and complete shipping documentation as required.
- **Shipping Preparation**: Organize and stage items for shipping, ensuring timely dispatch of orders.
- **Workspace Maintenance**: Keep the work area clean and organized, following safety and health regulations.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work as part of a team to achieve daily production goals and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Minimum of 10th grade pass.
- **Experience**: No prior experience is required; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- **Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good physical stamina to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- **Communication**: Basic verbal communication skills.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively with others.

Working Conditions:

- **Shifts**: Must be willing to work rotational shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
