Job Responsibilties:

- Own the UX strategy for our customer facing apps and web dashboards aim at different users
- Plan and conduct interviews, user surveys and usability tests
- Create user personals and maintain them
- Identify and design best UX for product feature pipeline
- Smooth handover to the technical team for development and deployment of new features
- Inward Facing:

- You will be working in a fast paced agile environment
- You will be working with a team of Jr. UI and Graphics designer
- Build out the UX organisation, create the right processes and systems to create a team culture capable of providing great UX
- 2-5 years of experience in UX/UX

**Salary**: ₹1,500,000.00 per year
