Co-Founder (Digital Marketing) for a New Company

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan to drive traffic, engagement, and sales for the company's products and services
- Manage and optimize our online marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC advertising, and social media marketing
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Create and curate high-quality content for our website, blog, and social media channels to engage with our target audience
- Collaborate with the product team to develop and launch new products and services that meet the needs of our customers
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, bloggers, and media outlets to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders
- Experience in managing and leading a team is a plus
- Passion for entrepreneurship and a desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
