IT Lecturer

**Designation**: Faculty - Computer Science
**Location**: Bangalore, J.P. Nagar (Hybrid Work Model)
**CTC**: ₹7.2 LPA + ₹2 LPA (Variable Pay)
**Experience**: 3+ years teaching Grades 9-11, preferably IB/Cambridge Curriculum
**Work Schedule**: Monday-Saturday, Hybrid (4 hours in-office + 4 hours online)
**Notice Period**: 0-10 days

We’re looking for a passionate **Online Faculty** member to guide and inspire young minds in **Computer Science**. This hybrid role offers the chance to blend traditional teaching with cutting-edge digital tools, creating an engaging, interactive learning environment for Grades 9-11 students.

**Your Role**:

- Deliver **dynamic lessons** on programming, algorithms, data structures, and digital literacy under CBSE and international curricula like IB or Cambridge.
- Develop and execute comprehensive lesson plans, assessments, and presentations.
- Mentor students with tailored feedback to help them excel academically and personally.
- Leverage tools like **Python, SQL**, and advanced digital platforms to make learning impactful.
- Track student progress through quizzes, exams, and interactive sessions, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to innovate and deliver an enriched curriculum.
- Mentor teachers and share best practices in pedagogy.

**What You Bring**:

- A **Master’s degree** in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience teaching Grades 9-11, with exposure to IB or Cambridge curricula being a plus.
- Certifications like **CICTL** are an added advantage.
- Proficiency in online teaching tools, digital platforms, and learning management systems.
- Excellent communication skills in **English** (written and verbal).
