**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive Hindi language training programs.
- Assess and monitor student progress regularly.
- Provide constructive feedback to help learners improve.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the learning experience.
- Stay updated with the latest language teaching methodologies.
- Create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learner needs.
- Utilize knowledge of Tamil to assist Tamil-speaking students where necessary.
- Organize language workshops and seminars.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a language trainer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of language acquisition processes.
- Ability to design effective language curricula.
- Patience and creativity in teaching.
- Proficiency in Hindi, Tamil, and English.
- Familiarity with digital language learning tools is a plus.
