**Job Summary**
The Front Desk Engineer serves as the first point of contact for visitors and internal teams, providing technical support, coordinating office operations, and maintaining smooth front desk functionality in a professional environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
- Provide basic technical support or escalate IT issues to relevant departments.
- Manage visitor logs, issue ID cards/badges, and ensure office security protocols.
- Coordinate with the facilities and IT team for office equipment maintenance.
- Maintain the reception area and monitor supplies/stationery.
- Assist HR/admin in onboarding coordination and room bookings.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional demeanor and presentation
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
