**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide strategic financial leadership to the executive team and the Board of Directors.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the finance team is well-equipped to meet the company's evolving needs.
- Prepare and present quarterly balance sheets and monthly profit/loss statements.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and tax obligations.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth objectives.
- Evaluate and advise on potential mergers and acquisitions.
- Proficient in the use of advanced financial software, with an emphasis on Excel and other relevant tools.
- Advocate for the adoption of technology to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Head of Finance or CFO role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience managing finances for companies with a turnover of at least 100 crores.
- Listed company experience is preferred.

- Up-to-date understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and economic factors influencing the manufacturing sector.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing ERP systems for financial processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹95,000.00 per month
