**Job Summary**

The Valet Driver is responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, parking and retrieving their vehicles safely, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires strong driving skills, attention to detail, and a courteous, professional demeanor to enhance the guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Guest Interaction**:

- Greet guests warmly, open doors, and offer assistance as they arrive and depart.
- Answer guest inquiries and provide information on restaurant services, directions, and amenities.
- **Vehicle Handling**:

- Safely drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles following all traffic and safety regulations.
- Ensure vehicles are parked in designated areas and promptly retrieve them when requested.
- Handle a variety of vehicles, including luxury and manual transmission vehicles, with care.
- **Security and Safety**:

- Conduct a quick inspection of vehicles for any visible damage or belongings before parking.
- Report any incidents or vehicle damages to the management immediately.
- Ensure the parking area is organized and that vehicles are secure at all times.
- **Organization and Efficiency**:

- Maintain an efficient flow of vehicles and maximize parking space.
- Record vehicle information, ticket numbers, and parking location in the valet logbook or system.
- Help maintain cleanliness and order in the valet area.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure guests have a seamless experience by being prompt, courteous, and professional.
- Offer assistance with opening doors, carrying items, and providing directions.
- Assist in maintaining a positive image for the establishment through attentive service.

**Qualifications**
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a driver, valet, or in a customer service role (preferred).
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Additional Requirements**
- A professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a calm and professional manner.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
