**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and brainstorm creative content ideas using student activities, projects, and success stories.
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos that align with our brand and engage our target audience.
- Manage and optimize video content for social media platforms, ensuring they meet platform specifications and best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with ongoing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content to continuously improve engagement and reach.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and video content to keep our content fresh and appealing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Content Creator and Video Editor, preferably in the education or tech industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Instagram and YouTube, and their content strategies.
- Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a training or educational environment.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Understanding of SEO and social media analytics.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
