**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and reach out to potential clients to promote Uniquepact's core services, including digital marketing (SEO, PPC, and Social Media Marketing), web and app development, and graphic design solutions.
- **Lead Management**: Follow up on leads, respond to inquiries, and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- **Negotiation & Closure**: Handle negotiations and close sales deals efficiently while maintaining profitability.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
- **Product & Service Knowledge**: Develop in-depth knowledge of Uniquepact's digital marketing services, web and app development, graphic design, and software offerings (e.g., WhatsApp Marketing Software, HRM, CRM, and Project Management Software) to confidently address client queries.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including performance metrics, client interactions, and sales forecasts.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, development, and design teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- **Customer Support**: Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
- **Feedback Loop**: Gather client feedback to improve service offerings and overall customer experience.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer-focused mindset

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing or related services
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

**Location**: Bhamashah Techno Hum, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur

**Employment Type**: Full-Time
