**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and control access points for employees, visitors, and vehicles.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred (especially in an industrial or manufacturing setting).
- Valid security license or certification, if required by local/state regulations.
- Ability to operate surveillance equipment and two-way radios.
- Physically able to walk, stand, and patrol for extended periods, and respond quickly in emergencies.
- Excellent observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle confidential information appropriately.

**Work Environment**:

- Industrial manufacturing environment with potential exposure to noise, chemicals, and machinery.
- Requires availability for shifts during nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Conduct regular patrols of the manufacturing facility, including warehouses, production areas, loading docks, and parking lots.
- Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and equipment malfunctions.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, and notify the appropriate authorities if needed.
- Maintain logs of activities, incidents, and irregularities using written reports or electronic systems.
- Enforce safety and security protocols, including visitor sign-in procedures, badge checks, and restricted area access.
- Collaborate with plant management and other departments to ensure adherence to security standards.
- Inspect and secure doors, gates, and windows at the end of shifts.
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,500.00 per month
