**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Resin Casting: Oversee the resin casting process, ensuring high-quality products.

2. Mold Preparation: Prepare and maintain molds for resin casting.

3. Material Management: Manage resin materials, ensuring adequate supply and minimizing waste.

4. Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on resin products, identifying defects and implementing corrective actions.

5. Process Improvement: Continuously improve resin casting processes, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.

6. Team Management: Supervise and train resin casting team members, ensuring a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:
1. Experience in resin casting or related field.

2. Knowledge of resin materials and jewelry manufacturing processes.

3. Attention to detail, ensuring high-quality products.

4. Experience with jewelry design software (e.g., Rhino, Matrix).

5. Knowledge of casting and molding techniques.

6. Familiarity with quality control standards.
