The CNC Turning & Milling Incharge is responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of CNC turning and milling machines. This role involves managing a team of CNC operators, ensuring production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the machining process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise CNC Operations**: Oversee the daily operations of CNC turning and milling machines, ensuring that production schedules are met.
- **Team Management**: Lead and manage a team of CNC operators, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all machined parts meet the required quality standards by conducting regular inspections and tests.
- **Machine Maintenance**: Schedule and perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve any issues with CNC machines, including mechanical and programming problems.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously evaluate and improve machining processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of production, machine maintenance, and quality control activities.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the work environment is safe for all employees.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
