**Job Title**: Supervisor - Interior Fit-Out
**Location**: New Delhi (Frequent Travel to Project Sites)

Are you skilled in managing interior fit-out projects and ensuring seamless on-site execution? We’re looking for a **Supervisor** to oversee high-quality installations for our corporate and museum interior projects.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Site Management & Supervision**
- Manage day-to-day on-site activities to ensure work aligns with project plans and quality standards.
- Supervise subcontractors, labor teams, and vendors to ensure tasks are executed efficiently and on schedule.
- Oversee fit-out works, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finishing, ensuring top-notch workmanship.

**Coordination & Execution**
- Collaborate with designers, architects, and clients to resolve site issues and ensure design intent is maintained.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and verification of materials.
- Monitor progress against timelines and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.

**Quality Assurance & Safety**
- Conduct regular quality checks during various stages of the project to ensure high standards.
- Enforce safety measures on-site and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain snag lists and follow up to ensure timely rectifications.

**Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain daily site reports, including progress updates, manpower deployment, and material usage.
- Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on site activities, delays, or deviations.
- Keep records of project changes and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Skills & Experience**
- **Experienced Professional**: 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing interior fit-out projects.
- **Strong Leadership**: Ability to guide and manage teams effectively on-site.
- **Problem-Solver**: Quick to resolve on-site issues while ensuring mínimal delays.
- **Organized & Detail-Oriented**: Excellent at multitasking, maintaining schedules, and ensuring quality.

**Preferred Qualities**
- Exceptional communication skills for coordination with stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel between project sites and work under dynamic conditions.
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field is a plus.
