When a guest walks into one of our hotels, the very first impression they have becomes the face and spirit of **The Postcard Hotel**. It should feel like they’ve arrived at their home away from home — whether they stay for a night or a week — and everything should be just perfect. Every detail is in its place, every comfort thoughtfully considered.

**What You’ll Do**
- Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms
- Make beds, fold sheets, and prepare guest rooms with care
- Remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items
- Greet guests warmly and assist with their requests
- Straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances
- Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings
- Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties
- **Handle guest laundry and hotel linen as per standards**:

- Wash, dry, iron, and fold laundry
- Ensure proper tagging, delivery, and storage of cleaned items
- Monitor laundry machines and maintain cleanliness of the laundry area

- Must be from a **Hotel Management** background
- **Diploma or Graduation in Hotel Management** is required
